  Job Description: Are you an experienced Electrician looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? Join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturer of aluminum modular buildings! We are seeking a talented Electrician to play a crucial role in the assembly and electrical wiring of our innovative portable shelters. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and equipment, train junior staff, and contribute to both electrical and mechanical assemblies.

  Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical wiring and assembly of state-of-the-art portable shelters.
  • Mentor and train junior electricians, sharing your expertise.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals with precision.
  • Engage in physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

  Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
  • Electrical wiring.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Skilled in using electrical equipment and hand tools.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in plumbing is a valuable plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks that require considerable use of arms and legs.

  Work Environment:

  • Enjoy working in an open-air production facility located in beautiful Coconut Creek.
  • Standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with 5-15 hours of overtime available.
  • Occasionally, work may extend into weekends, providing flexibility and additional earning potential.

  Job Type & Location:

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based in Coconut Creek, Florida.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
