Maintain and repair facility electrical systems, including lighting, motors, pumps, and control panels.
Install new electrical equipment and systems according to NEC and building codes.
Support mechanical and utility system troubleshooting when electrical support is required (fans, pumps, compressors, etc.).
Read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
Partner with engineers, consultants, and external contractors to support system design, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
Document electrical maintenance activities in the CMMS (HxGN/Infor EAM).
Support preventive maintenance programs and perform diagnostics on electrical systems during off-shift or weekend hours if needed.
Perform general maintenance tasks (patch drywall, minor roof repairs, door and lock repairs, painting, flooring repairs, etc.).Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
Keeping compliance with FISC standard procedures.
5-8 years in electrical required; experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
Master Electrician's license is required.
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems (low and medium voltage), control systems, and motor drives. Strong safety awareness and familiarity with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards.
Ability to manage electrical contractors and prioritize multiple assignments.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.

Compensation: $36.00-$42.00 + $2,000 sign-on bonus
