      Job Description

      We are in search of a Foreman for Multi-Unit Residential Construction sites. This role involves overseeing various construction projects, primarily focused on electrical work, ensuring that all installations and repairs are performed accurately and efficiently.

      PAY:

      • $20 - $43 pending experience

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee construction projects on multi-unit residential sites, including apartments and condos.
      • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction crew.
      • Ensure all electrical installations and repairs are performed to code, including conduit bending, pulling wire, and wiring electrical systems.
      • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as they arise.
      • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
      • Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company and industry standards.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in Multi-Unit Residential Construction (apartments, condos, etc.)
      • Proficiency in electrical work, including conduit bending, wiring, and low voltage installations.
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
      • Experience with installing and repairing electrical systems.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Comfortable with commuting to various job sites in Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, and the Valley.
      • Experience in multi-family construction projects.


      Work Environment

      The work environment involves electrical construction on multi-unit residential sites. Typical shift times are from 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm, depending on the job site. The majority of the work is centered around Thousand Oaks, with job sites extending as far north as Ventura County and as far south as Beverly Hills.


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $43.00/hr.
