      What's In It for You

      • Competitive pay - $27-$35/hour. Bonuses/Commissions implemented - after initial training.
      • Potential to make $82k-$90k your first year!
      • M-F: 8-5pm days TRUE work-life balance: 40-42-hour work weeks.

      • Plenty of leads and all appointments are set by the office; you can focus on doing what you do best. And be BUSY!

      Responsibilities

      • Be prompt and efficient.
      • Solve customer's electrical issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.
      • Troubleshoot electrical issues.
      • Deliver top-notch quality customer service.
      • Perform quality control testing.
      • Keep your company vehicle well maintained.
      • Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed:

      o Light Fixtures

      o Switches /Receptacles

      o Circuit wiring

      o Breakers

      o Breaker / fuse panels

      o Electrical service metering equipment

      o Perform routine maintenance inspections

      o Access areas of the home being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas

      Skills and/or Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years of priorprofessional-level electrical experience, a must! (Residential preferred.)
      • Completed an apprentice program/training for residential work.
      • High school degree or GED.
      • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
      • Experience doing estimates in a CRM. (Service Titan a plus!)
      • Own your own hand tools.
      • Able to pass a drug test and background check.

      Experience:

      • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
      • Electrical (Residential preferred): 3 years (Required)

      Ability to Relocate:

      • San Diego, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
