Electrician - Journeyman and Apprentice

Job Description

We are seeking skilled electricians to join our team at a construction site. This opportunity is ideal for those with solid experince in electrical construction and conduit work. Candidates will work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, contributing their expertise to various installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
• Perform conduit bending and pulling wire for electrical systems.
• Install electrical components and systems following safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 4 years experience in electrical construction.
• Proficiency in conduit bending and wire pulling techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with a current TDLR JW Card or equivalent.
• For non-licensed positions, a current JW Card from another state and a TDLR Apprentice Card is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Apprentice Electricians need a TDLR Apprentice Card.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Work Environment

This position is based at a construction site with a schedule of 5/12's or 6/10's from Monday through Saturday. The work setting requires adherence to safety protocols and a collaborative spirit to ensure project success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
