  CREATE Stream Leader - Job summary CREATE Stream Leader- Job's responsibilities 1 Promotes the Electrifier program within the Company : - Acts as Stream reference and Electrifier Program representative - Promotes the program across all Technical and Digital teams in SE - Ensure that Tehnical and Digital experts are well visible in all sites and across the company - Ensures that Experts have their profile up to date at all times 2 Animates the Application process all along the year - Acts as Stream reference for all potential candidates - Helps to raise candidates' visibility and exposure across Streams and Domains as needed - Manages application/renewal process - Sets up Jury’s for new applicants evaluation - Guide candidates as needed and helps find Assessors 3 Fosters connection and collaboration everywhere - Animates a group of Domains of competencies to ensure that Domains are permanently up to date and staffed - Connects people across Streams and Domains - Facilitates candidates' visibility and exposure in the community - Fosters connections between Experts and Leadership 4 Encourages experts' engagement into innovation projects, highly exposed to Leaders - Helps candidates and recognized experts to connect with leaders across the company - Coaches candidates to propose appropriate projects for their applications - Encourages recognized experts to partner with other experts to work on projects - Coaches experts on the NABC technique - Coaches experts to pitch their project effectively 5 Sets up and Facilitates a Stream community - Organizes events to engage the Stream community - Animates local community hubs - Facilitates cross-stream connections and sharing - Enables cross-hub exchanges 6 Is the Product Owner of the Electrifier Toolbox - Defines and communicates the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the Electrifier Program's critical tool. - Collaborates with stakeholders, technical experts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable and impactful features are delivered in alignment with business objectives. - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. - Conducts user research, analyzes feedback, and continuously improves the tool's usability and functionality. - Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, ensuring clear communication and alignment. 7 Contributes to maintain and enhance the Electrifier program - Works with the Community Leader, Stream Leaders and Domain Leaders to continuously improve the program - Seeks for regular feedbacks within the stream all along the year and proposes timely transformations - Strives for consistency across Streams and Domains 8 Conducts Stream surveys and statistics - Watches experts distribution and evolution over time - Shares observations with Domain Leaders and partners with them for appropriate mitigation plans Schedule: Full-time Req: 008OK9
