      Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in an environment that thrives on innovation and excellence? At Dematic Corp., we are looking for a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Site Manager to join our team in Platte City, MO. This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our business operations by managing and advising the day-to-day performance of material handling equipment. This role will require you to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.

      The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,250 to $135,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

      Tasks and Qualifications:

      What you will do in this Role:

      • Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions of your reporting staff to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
      • Perform at a professional level to interpret and process complex, less-clearly defined issues.
      • Identify and resolve complex problems, ensuring smooth business operations.
      • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships for maximum efficiency.
      • Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for your functional area.
      • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within your area of responsibility, and communicate these to the customer.
      • Identify resource needs and develop justifications to support them.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to maintain world-class performance standards.

      What we are looking for:

      • An associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
      • Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work groups.
      • Proven understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
      • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating key responsibilities as outlined above.
      • Ability to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
      • Proficiency in managing critical metrics and fault data using methods like tracking and measuring, evaluating and analyzing data, and implementing improvements.
      • Proficiency in crafting reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.
      • A dedication to continuous improvement in the maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE or equivalent experience) to the customer.
