- Analyze, manage, and organize current inventory.
- Review engineering drawings and update prototypes accordingly.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, including panel wiring and working with fittings and piping.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings and instruction manuals.
- Perform pipe bending and pipe fitting tasks.
- Develop and assemble new systems to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Mechanical experience, particularly in automotive or similar fields.
- Electrical experience with panels and wiring (not circuit boards).
- Experience working with fittings and piping.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instruction manuals.
- Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in safely producing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex and safety-sensitive automated systems.
- Knowledge of electrical codes: NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 79, NFPA 496, UL 508A.
- Experience with industrial controls, computer and PLC networks setup and assistance.
- Orbital welding experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle complex variables in situations with limited standardization.

Job Description
The Electromechanical Technician, Advanced Technologies & Services (EMT AT&S), is responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly, development, and prototype fabrication of innovative, robust, and reliable automated systems for our assembly and customer needs. The EMT AT&S will collaborate with the Systems Engineering team to develop new systems, perform assembly tasks, reduce product costs, and improve prototype fabrication quality.

Work Environment
This role is based in a shipping and receiving facility with extensive shop floors. It is a fully onsite position, operating Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
