      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an Amgen electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessments (eCOA) Technical Specialist and Governance Lead
      - Lead study level system requirements meetings with eCOA vendors and internal partners
      - Assist in the design and development of study-specific technical documents
      - Partner with data management to define requirements for data transfers
      - Lead the creation and implementation of user acceptance tests and track study-related technical issues to resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree, Master's degree with 3 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, computer science, business administration, or related field
      - Experience in quality management or oversight of external providers
      - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and Global Regulatory regulations
      - Strong problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Broad experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including biopharmaceutical clinical research
      - Experience in Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments and vendor oversight
      - Effective partnering and client leadership skills
      - Project management and technical expertise
      - Ability to build and present concepts and materials to senior management levels
