What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage the implementation of electronic links to hotel, feature, car, and air products through effective project management and system configuration
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and technology solutions providers to support remote source initiatives
- Analyze remote source product and provide insights and feedback on functionality and usability
- Monitor and respond to emails and resolve remote source issues
- Perform testing and ensure accuracy and quality standards of dynamic connections

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel industry knowledge or experience
- Knowledge of business and management principles, customer service, and engineering and technology
- Strong problem-solving, instructing, negotiation, persuasion, judgment, and decision-making skills
