      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate/VP level electronic FX Trader in London.


      In this role, you will:

      • Manage operational / market risk for the Electronic FX Trading book
      • Support the lead EMEA E-FX Trader in building a European client Electronic FX Trading franchise strategy
      • Optimize Electronic FX client flow to maximize profitabile volume
      • Partner with Voice G10 and EM trading to enhance execution efficiency and visibility around Electronic FX flow
      • Support the electronification of non-spot products (metals, NDF’s, etc)
      • Partner with our E-FX Quant team to deliver quantitative enhancements to the platform
      • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


      Required Qualifications:

      • Experience in Securities Algorithmic Trading, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, experience, education
