      The Electronic Invoicing Integrations Professional is responsible for managing the daily electronic invoicing operations of the organization. This role ensures successful client EDI implementations, ongoing operation success of these procedures, and drives innovations that increase client adoption or improve client experiences.

      As an Electronic Invoicing Integrations Professional:

      • Administers and supports Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system operations within the Client Success department.
      • Monitor daily electronic invoicing operations to ensure seamless data interchange processes.
      • Own the EDI implementation process for clients, including coordination with internal business partners including Finance and Technology Middleware.
      • Interface with clients daily to guide them through implementation and acceptance testing of their EDI solution including data translation maps, account modifications, and transaction problems or questions.
      • Provide support to technology engineering partners for electronic invoicing design and operations.
      • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external partners.
      • Conduct product evaluations in partnership with Product Development and Finance to pursue enhanced solutions that are compatible and efficient for continued organizational growth.
      • Provide internal training for electronic invoicing products and systems.
      • Perform regular maintenance to update process documentation, solution specifications, and operating procedures of partner systems.
      • Partner with internal Finance stakeholders to establish and maintain electronic invoicing account transaction analysis procedures.
      • Work in a team environment with Client Success Invoicing Specialists and Account Managers to ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
      • Drive continual improvement through lean principles and innovative thinking, leveraging software, technology, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

      Qualifications

      Requirements:

      • Experience in working with invoicing integration solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, or other similar tools.
      • Functional experience with SAP Invoice Management.
      • Skilled in fundamental office applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, etc., as well as comfortable working on a PC.
      • Possess strong written and speaking communication skills to effectively interface with internal and external business partners.
      • Strong project management skills.
      • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to identify procedural, systemic, or habitual inefficiencies and recommend measurable improvement plans.
      • Comfortable in basic data analysis.
      • Maintain and pursue personal professional development goals.
      • Build a reputation based on integrity and trust.

      Professional Experience & Education:

      • 3+ years experience in Finance or Client Invoicing solutions for mid to enterprise sized companies.
      • Preference given to candidates with certifications in either Enterprise Systems Integrations or system specific certifications such as Coupa, Workday, or other like solutions.
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in addition to business experience.

      Essential Functions/Working Conditions:

      • Must be located along the Wasatch Front with the ability to be in office M-W, and for infrequent occasions on Thursday or Friday.
      • Flexibility for occasional meetings outside of standard business hours for global collaboration.
      • Office-type work requiring periods of sitting at a computer, typing, and moving around the workplace to participate in meetings.
