      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop design solutions and produce final deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite
      - Coordinate printing and manage projects using Workfront
      - Create custom graphics for various publications and ensure adherence to policy
      - Collaborate with web and graphic design team members, customers, and vendors to meet project needs
      - Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines for document accessibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Arts; OR
      - A bachelor's degree in fine arts with at least 18 quarter (12 semester) hours of graphic arts courses and one year of graphic arts design production experience; OR
      - Two years of graphic arts design production experience
      - Proficiency in Adobe software, specifically InDesign and Illustrator
      - Experience providing ADA compliance for digital and print publications

      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
