- Operate manually- or computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals.
- Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.
- Utilize computer software to track operational performance and make minor corrections to improve productivity.
- Follow quality management procedures and identify quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Multitask to perform other required duties as assigned by a supervisor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word computer applications.
- Ability to perform light lifting and carrying duties.
- Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods (3-5 hrs.).
- Computer literate with willingness to learn.
- Experience with microscopes.
- High-school diploma or GED.
- Manual dexterity.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with limited supervision.

Job Description
This position involves operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. The manufacturing operator is responsible for meeting daily production goals to support cleanroom fabrication operations, focusing on photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, and metrology.

Work Environment
Employees work in a cleanroom environment, wearing head-to-toe cleanroom 'bunnysuits' and utilizing personal protective equipment when handling chemicals. Shifts are 12 hours long, with both day and night options available, and guaranteed overtime pay every other week. The facility includes a cafeteria and breakroom for convenience, with flexible break and lunch options.

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
