    • Demonstrates proficient knowledge and skills in word processing, spreadsheet management, Finance Plus, Aesop, eSchool (Current technology competencies required)

    • Serves as a liaison between district office and principal

    • Maintains principal and school calendars

    • Supports and maintains ordering of supplies and materials

    • Serves as liaison with building and copier vendor

    • Coordinates daily substitutes to ensure positions are filled

    • Maintains building budget records

    • Supports building principal in the development of correspondence (i.e. letters, schedules, newsletters, etc.)

    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    • Associate's degree and/or Secretarial school preferred

    • Two to three years related experience preferred

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

      Title: Elementary Princpal Secretary
      Reports To: Principal
      Takes Direction From: Principal
      Schedule/Calendar: 7.5 hours/day 37.5 hours/week 12 month

      Summary: Oversees AESOP, substitutes, ordering, calendar, and front office operations. Works closely with the building principal; completes other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the building principal.

      Essential Functions:

      • Possesses a thorough understanding of school and district policies and procedures
