Job Description

- Support the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & CRM in the briefing and planning of retention campaigns.
- Work closely with digital agencies to utilize retargeting ads through Meta and Google and implement new advanced segmentation strategies to meet monthly goals.
- Partner with the Assistant Email & SMS Manager on optimizing and testing new customer segments via the CDP platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prepare new campaigns for content brief development, newsletters series and customer targeting.
- Assist in reporting to track main KPIs (retention rate, churn rate, list growth, LTV, engagement rate, repurchase rate) across digital channels.
- Research market trends to highlight marketing opportunities for the customer lifecycle.
- Support email/SMS building and Q&A.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the beauty industry and digital trends.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer data.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in normal office conditions.
- Must be able to commit up to 20 hours a week.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & CRM, this role will be responsible for supporting the development of retention tactics amongst lifecycle communication channels to retain existing and new customers.
A commitment of up to 20 hours per week is required, with office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (2 to 3 days in office).
