Provide administrative support, including maintaining intern records, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
Participate in the onboarding and orientation process for new interns.
Collaborate with the Social Committee to plan and execute employee engagement events and activities.
Schedule and coordinate logistics for various social events and employee activities.
Develop creative and engaging events that promote a positive workplace culture.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining and organizing employee files and records.
Support the HR team with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Help in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Assists with and completes projects that contribute to the strategic goals of the Supply Chain team.
Responsible for tracking incoming shipments/components to US warehouse.
Understanding the full scope of the US kitting process i.e.: coordinating assembly with warehouse production department, moving components systematically and ensuring finished goods are completed.
Work effectively in a team setting to collaborate, develop strategy and problem-solve
Utilize various tools and resources to analyze information and make recommendations to support the business
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, human resources, supply chain, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail & planning/organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and remain agile through ambiguity & change.
Proven ability to drive the right results using data.
Curiosity of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Open to learning by increasing own efficiency, initiate courses of action and willingly take on new responsibilities.
Interest in providing excellent employee experience and bringing life to company culture.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance, and ability to understand the importance of information and activities that are confidential to the Company.
Ability to adjust to work processes or procedures, adapt to others and work effectively and in a positive manner when under pressure or in ambiguous situations.

SUMMARY
ELEMIS is seeking a current student pursuing a major in business, supply chain, HR, or a related field to join us as a dual intern supporting our Operations and Human Resources teams. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to explore two different functions within the business. Within the HR function, this intern will partner on various projects such as designing and implementing new and existing HR processes, supporting onboarding & offboarding, and assisting in employee engagement ideation and activations. For Operations, this intern will experience real-life applications of order to deliver, logistics, distribution, and supply chain principles. The HR/Operations intern will be able to work independently as well as within a team to learn how our people practices and logistics both contribute to a luxury beauty brand.
