      About the Job:

      The Program Manager oversees and drives the success of multiple healthcare quality programs, both regulatory and non-regulatory, by managing multidisciplinary teams, tracking program performance, and ensuring alignment with quality management standards. This role is responsible for coordinating program activities, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing comprehensive presentations and reports to the Quality Management Oversight Committee, ensuring the continuous improvement of program outcomes and adherence to quality standards.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Supports and facilitates activities in partnership with the Manager of Accreditation and other members of leadership for EHS Chair, Board Subcommittee Chair, and others for successful monthly and quarterly Quality Management Oversight Committee meetings ensuring all standard required measures and areas requiring quality oversight get scheduled and presented on an annual basis and the system is improved over time. This includes coaching teams and preparing them for report outs
      • Support and coordinate the quality management support services and regulatory quality performance activities for the hospital. This includes meeting with acute and ambulatory quality teams, and quality and safety programs, supporting their monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of their department quality assurance data
      • Supports the Clinical Outcomes Manager with maintenance of non-healthcare and healthcare quality programs including Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, or CMS, Quality Reporting various others along with registry based and other quality programs
      • Supports Clinical Outcomes Manager, assisting as an internal resource for questions related to core measures, data abstraction, data definitions, and quality reporting performance
      • Establishes effective working relationships through collaboration and coordination of programs and processes with physicians and other hospital employees. Examples of such programs include Quality 2 | Page Surveys (i.e. AHRQ – Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) and the CMS Promoting Interoperability program

      Who You Are:

      • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Required
      • CPHQ or other quality certification, Preferred
      • 3 years of program execution experience leading project teams, Required
      • Experience with a suite of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, and PowerPoint programs, Required
