Job Description

作为产品开发团队的一员，负责不同工艺的开发以保证产品能按要求量产

Being part of development team member, responsible for process development in order to guarantee new product series production.

能够系统性地把产品设计要求转化成生产工艺要求，并负责实现和验证 （包括计算和仿真）

Derivate product functional requirement into process requirement, and develop a process to realize and validate the process requirement (including calculation and simulation)

负责一个或者多个电机的生产工艺，熟悉工艺原理，相关设备以及分析手段。例如：绕线，焊接，打螺丝，机加工，胶水连接，压装等

Responsible for one or several process of motor production process, and familiar with process theory, related machine and analysis method. For example: winding, welding, screwing, machining, gluing, press fit, etc.

使用统计方法来验证工艺的稳定性

Creation of test-plans using statistical methods to evaluate the stability of process

开发生产设备的工艺参数

Development of parameters during implementation of manufacturing processes.

生产工艺和工艺流程的导入

Introduction of manufacturing processes and procedures for series product.

作为工艺专家支持生产过程中较为复杂问题的解决

Supporting series manufacturing for critical problem which cannot be solved by operation

Qualifications

Bachelor or above in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)

机械或电子相关专业，本科以上学历

More than 2 years working experience in mechanical or automotive development

>2年机械设计或汽车行业开发经验

Experienced in using PC office software, measurement method and test specification

熟练使用办公软件，掌握测量方法和测试规格

Good command of English speaking, written and read

熟练掌握英文的听说读写
