Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking an Email Campaign Manager to join our growing Corporate Email Marketing team. The Corporate Email Marketing team is responsible for building and executing successful email marketing programs across multiple business lines. The Email Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in our email marketing and transformation efforts across the organization. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, data driven, and curious to learn. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud email expert to build and deploy email campaigns supporting business needs and willing to learn and support some work through Marketo. This person will work directly with internal business partners to prioritize, optimize, and execute email campaigns and with a strong understanding of email best practices, reporting, and being comfortable providing feedback to multiple stakeholders. This role will work closely with solutions architects, business analysts, email campaign managers and business line partners.
Responsibilities:
· Ownership of the email campaign creation, testing and deployment process using SFMC (content builder, journey builder)
· Simultaneous management across multiple campaigns
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
· Interact and collaborate with business line partners and stakeholders including campaign-related communications and email best practice strategies. ,
· Ensure emails are brand-compliant while following CAN-SPAM and accessibility guidelines.
· Act as backup support for the Marketo email program.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver resultsPreferred Skills/Experience
· 5+ years email marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting.
· 3+ years hands on experience building and deploying emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
· Hands-on experience with Marketo email campaigns and landing pages is a bonus
· Demonstratable experience working with and supporting clients.
· Ampscript Knowledge (editing/scripting) highly preferred
· Experience and knowledge of agile marketing processes preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Any photoshop experience is a bonus.
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
