Job Description

- Daily hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns within HubSpot including: list management, creating and double checking workflow automations, e-mail marketing efforts including drafting and scheduling emails with specific attention on ensuring the correct, intended recipients are targeted.
- Build and optimize complex automated flows that support the business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide recommendations on how to improve performance.
- Build and own the email campaign calendar in conjunction with brand managers.
- Ensure email campaigns content is compelling, accurate and on brand.
- Maintain healthy sending habits and monitor for any potential performance issues.
- Utilize project management software to align on project and campaign prioritization.
- Comfortable reviewing email copy and design for errors.
- Maintenance of the Email and SMS database, deliverability, integrity of the file growth and churn.
- Provide regular reports and insights, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in CRM, personalization, and customer engagement, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Own expansion of CRM channels, leveraging strategic insights & expertise to drive the growth and diversification of retention channels aimed at enhancing customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Educate franchisees on proper email and sms marketing practices.
- 3+ years proven experience in email marketing field.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret data and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Must be detail oriented and have a strong eye for design.
- Must be able to capture attention and drive action.
- Proficiency using email marketing platforms and basic HTML is a must.
- Must be always thinking about the customer’s journey and how to enhance their experience.
- Must have a collaborative spirit.

We’re looking for an email enthusiast who loves crafting captivating campaigns and turning subscribers into super fans! This role will be reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and will be based out of our Dallas Support Office.
