      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and maintain strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies
      - Create and disseminate marketing materials through various communication mediums
      - Collect, analyze, prepare, summarize, and disseminate data and trends relevant to marketing activities
      - Support email initiatives across the student recruitment lifecycle using email automation platforms
      - Provide cross-training and backup support for paid digital advertising campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) system
      - Experience planning and implementing email marketing automation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Emma, or another marketing automation platform
      - Familiarity with marketing best practices including segmentations, personalization, and A/B testing
      - Foundational knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms
      - Experience using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance
      - Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator)
