What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects in a marketing automation platform such as Customer Insights, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Utilize data insights and KPIs to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations
- Build lead journeys for event and text campaigns within the Microsoft Customer Insights platform
- Monitor campaign rollout and assess competitor landscape for opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on email/text marketing experience, preferably with marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CRM systems
- Familiarity with email/SMS best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
