      Embedded Controls Engineer and Developer

      The Opportunity:

As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to developing the hardware and software required for controls or control equipment. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to design and develop operator interface modules, controls architecture, and other related electronic components.

At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to transform S&T projects into combat system prototypes. Our team conducts research and development, test and evaluation, prototype development, and deployment sustainment support to client systems. That’s why we need you, an electrical engineer, with both hardware and software expertise, to help us design and develop innovate solutions and systems for DoD.

On our team, you’ll design, test, and analyze electronic equipment to establish operating controls. You’ll directly impact the development of combat systems. We’ll look to you to share your electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in electrical and software development while broadening your skillset into areas like mechanical engineering, pulsed power engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, and systems engineering.
