What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
- Acquire knowledge and proficiency in medical management resources to effectively assist members and clients
- Resolve customer service issues and problems to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with on-site client orientation, meetings, and conferences
- Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and data entry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
