  Join our plattform team, that works alongside our agile feature teams to develop sophisticated functions, to present the most advanced autonomous driving functionalities to the driver of BMW vehicles. As part of our project team for the next generation integration platform you will work on hardware drivers and base software components of the Classic AUTOSAR subsystem in this integration plattform.

  What awaits you?

  • Being a passionate C developer with experience in Classic AUTOSAR you develop hardware drivers & configure base software modules for the safety controller of our next generation integration platform.
  • With your expert knowledge you ensure, that the requirements given by system engineers like e.g lifecycle, programming are taken into account and a working solution to satisfy these requirements is implemented.
  • In your daily work, you will find yourself in an international and interdisciplinary environment and collaborate intensively with our high-tech industry partners.
  • Our brand-new Autonomous Driving Campus offers the infrastructure you need to work productively and focus on the software for the automobile of the future.

  What you should bring along?

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences or related subjects.
  • Strong expertise in embedded software development, also in the context of ISO26262.
  • Expertise in Aurix Microcontrollers.
  • Expertise in Classic Autosar, ideally with the Mentor Autosar Stack.
  • Expertise in Automotive Communication Protocols, especially CAN, SPI, TCP/IP – SomeIP under Classic AUTOSAR.
  • Expertise in hardware near software development and hardware debugging.
  • Business-fluent in English.
