- The Embedded Systems Engineer will perform design, development, and implementation of software, primarily in C, for embedded applications in the space industry.
- There are two positions: one is more focused on Embedded Linux, the other is more on a RTOS
- Design, develop, and implement software in C for embedded applications.
- Develop C code from scratch for space flight applications.
- Work with various types of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Collaborate directly with multiple engineering disciplines.
- Use logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to support software development.
- Participate in the development and support of space programs such as Artemis.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded applications development.
- Proficiency in C.
- Experience with RTOS.
- Experience in space flight development.
- Ability to use logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
- Must be ITAR compliant.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with microprocessors and 1553 communication.
- Must have regulated industry experience - preferably Space
- Experience working in small company or small team

Support various space programs including Artemis. Work directly with prime contractors such as Northrop Grumman. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and have a hands-on impact on products going to space.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00
