      Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, and verify bare-metal embedded software for real-time aerospace systems in compliance with DO-178C standards. This role is critical to the success of a high-visibility aerospace program and requires deep technical expertise and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and verify bare-metal embedded software for real-time systems in compliance with DO-178C.
      • Develop and maintain software for ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers
      • Write and maintain code in C and C++.
      • Develop scripts for a simulated test environment.
      • Utilize DOORS for requirements management and traceability.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of experience in embedded systems design, with a focus on bare-metal development.
      • Proven experience with DO-178C development and verification processes.
      • Proficiency with C/C++ programming.
      • Experience with ARM Cortex-M4 and NXP S32K microcontrollers.
      • Experience with test script development and testing.
      • Familiarity with DOORS.

      Work Site: Lynnwood, WA

      Schedule: Monday–Friday onsite in Lynnwood, WA.

      Start Date: Approximately August 18th

      Duration: 6-9 month contract- potential to extend/convert to FTE based on headcount approvals


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
