- Design, develop, and verify bare-metal embedded software for real-time systems in compliance with DO-178C.
- Develop and maintain software for ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers
- Write and maintain code in C and C++.
- Develop scripts for a simulated test environment.
- Utilize DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems design, with a focus on bare-metal development.
- Proven experience with DO-178C development and verification processes.
- Proficiency with C/C++ programming.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M4 and NXP S32K microcontrollers.
- Experience with test script development and testing.
- Familiarity with DOORS.
Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, and verify bare-metal embedded software for real-time aerospace systems in compliance with DO-178C standards. This role is critical to the success of a high-visibility aerospace program and requires deep technical expertise and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Work Site: Lynnwood, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday onsite in Lynnwood, WA.
Start Date: Approximately August 18th
Duration: 6-9 month contract- potential to extend/convert to FTE based on headcount approvals
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
