      EMEA CCaaS Project Manager

      Job Description

      Senior Project Manager, focused on the delivery of CCaaS implementation projects for the EMEA region.

      As a Senior Lead Project Manager, you will oversee complex technology implementation projects, focusing specifically on AI and contact center solutions. This role requires a balanced understanding of technical aspects, financial management , client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Technology Implementation:

      • Utilize technology solutions to fulfill client business objectives .

      • Manage projects involving AI, GenAI , contact center solutions ( CCaaS ), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.

      • Financial Management:

      • Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.

      • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

      Client Engagement:

      • Interact effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.

      • Serve as the overall project lead, ensuring successful project completion.

      Workstream Management:

      • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment across diverse teams.

      Attention to Detail:

      • Maintain precision and quality in project deliverables and processes.

      PMO Compliance:

      • Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.

      Required skills:

      • 10+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

      • Strong budgeting, change management, and client engagement skills

      • Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations, particularly with AWS

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365

      • Experience with project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning

      • F luency in English & French on a business level

      Preferred:

      • Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or related certifications
