Utilize technology solutions to fulfill client business objectives .
Manage projects involving AI, GenAI , contact center solutions ( CCaaS ), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.
Financial Management:
Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Interact effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
Serve as the overall project lead, ensuring successful project completion.
Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment across diverse teams.
Maintain precision and quality in project deliverables and processes.
Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.
10+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong budgeting, change management, and client engagement skills
Ability to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations, particularly with AWS
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365
Experience with project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning
F luency in English & French on a business level
Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, and Generative AI
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or related certifications
