      Due to ongoing growth, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. In your role, you will be crucial to providing an outstanding end to end recruitment service for both hiring managers and candidates. The position will be dynamic and meaningful and you will need a keen eye for detail as you support the team in finding the very best talent.

      What you´ll be doing:

      • Supporting recruitment by handling all assigned roles via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday.

      • Facilitating interview processes by using the ATS to invite, confirm and schedule all interview stages with candidates and Hiring Managers.

      • Complex diary coordination across the EMEA region.

      • Make sure all ATS data is accurate and kept up to date with candidates being notified of their application status.

      • Making sure all offline data is stored in line with GDPR

      • Acting as an ambassador for NVIDIA and ensuring candidates have an excellent experience throughout their interview and assessment process.

      What we need to see:

      • 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment function, Recruitment Coordinator, University Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Administrator or similar.

      • Experience using an ATS and ensuring 100% system accuracy

      • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads and hold the interpersonal skills to lead multiple tasks at any given time

      • The skills to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes

      • Experience in working with data/ generating reports to help teams make an informed decision

      • Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and system functionality.

      Ways to stand out from the crowd:

      • Previous experience using ATS Workday.

      • Experience of working within an EMEA regional role.

      • Uncompromising attention to detail.

      • Able to use your own initiative.

      • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

      • Be an extraordinary teammate with the ability to also work independently.
