  The EMEA Regulatory team is currently seeking a Head of Regulatory Portfolio EMEA that will Provide regulatory leadership and pro-active direction across a portfolio of Herbicides, Insecticides, Fungicides, Biologicals aligned with the business strategy.

  The position will report to the EMEA Regulatory Director.

  About the Role

  As a member of the EMEA Regulatory leadership team, you will work closely with the global R&D and EMEA teams to build and execute R&D strategies that drive business results. You will lead a team of 12 people and have 4 direct reports.

  • Partner with Regulatory Team Leads and wider Regional Regulatory Sub-Team to deliver and execute the optimal regulatory submissions across the portfolio.

  • Together with the EMEA Regulatory Director define the regulatory strategy across portfolio and Definition and execution of local regulatory strategy according to business needs.

  • Manage registration process to secure timely registrations across portfolio.

  • Develop dossier submission strategies and timelines to achieve registration objectives and managing operational activities.

  • Participate in PRT provide input related to registration requirements; development and monitor costs to advance reviews of key submissions

  • Continuously update the teams to highlight issues and areas that affect registration timelines and market introduction

  • Track key regulatory milestones, authority meetings, post-approval commitments, monthly reports, etc.

  • Represent EMEA Regulatory in the internal meetings e.g RSOP, Supply chain, portfolio project meeting ect.

  The Successful Applicant:

  Handling a wide range of everchanging tasks simultaneously, you will need to be able to prioritise, organise and structure. You know how to analyse situations and make critical judgements, and this combined with a great attention to detail enables you to think out of the box when solving tasks.

  Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have an MSc or a PhD degree within areas such as agriculture, chemistry or biology

  • Previous experience as Regulatory Manager with experience to people management

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a regulated industry

  • Strong Leadership skills and able to work on a matrix organization

  • Team skills, especially in working with internal and external partners and performing due diligence

  • Demonstrated success in leading/executing Regulatory across Emerging markets

  • Excellent Communications and interpersonel skilles

  • Able to travel roughly 20 days a year

  • Strong English, written and oral presentations skills.
