- Develop and execute complex multi country sales strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance market share in the EMEA region.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the EMEA sales team at country leadership level
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth by building key strategic relationships at C-Suite level
- Collaborate strategically with key suppliers to optimize product offerings, negotiate agreements, and enhance overall business partnerships across the region.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor the EMEA country sales leaders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators, adapting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Be a key advocate of our digital sales solution and e-commerce marketplace
- Proven track record of success in EMEA sales leadership roles having managed a multi country sales & revenue target
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Experience of selling a physical product preferably of high SKU count
- Ability to drive cultural change across a sales organization – managing performance where necessary.
- Able to demonstrate a strategy of how to drive margin enhancement not just revenue across a multi-geography marketplace.
- Negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- An understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans, considering cross-functional dependencies.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the EMEA region.
