Job Description
- Req#: 358674
- H.S. Diploma or GED upon hire.
- Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Registered upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Recent emergency department or related medical experience providing direct patient care, preferably in a free-standing emergency department.
- EMT-B recent experience will be considered. EMT-B procedures and skills allowed are generally non-invasive.
- Coursework/Training - Nursing or other health care related training.
Supports nursing and physician staff by performing tasks that assist in the care and treatment of patients with illnesses and injuries. Serves as a liaison among members of the healthcare team, patients and families. Organizes, replaces and maintains inventory and supply levels in the Department. Assists in other department-related activities.
