Job Summary
The Massachusetts Eye and Ear (MEE) Emergency Department, in partnership with the Department of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Brigham (MGB), is seeking ABEM-certified or eligible Emergency Physicians to join our growing team.
Emergency Physicians at MEE collaborate closely with the MEE Medical Director for Emergency Services and work in a unique multidisciplinary environment alongside specialists in Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology.
Qualifications
Emergency Physicians will independently evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of emergency presentations and have immediate access to specialty consultation from ENT and Ophthalmology for more complicated cases. This position is ideal for Emergency Physicians seeking a high-acuity, academically rich, and team-oriented environment with strong specialty collaboration. Shifts are 9 hours including 1 hour overlap. 1 FTE requirement includes 4 weekend shifts and 2 overnight shifts per month.
