      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional support and reassurance to individuals affected by natural disasters, demonstrating empathy and understanding
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting and processing
      - Provide referrals to relevant emergency services, such as emergency shelters
      - Standby availability to assist whenever activations occur, particularly during high activation periods from June to November

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and effectively address customer concerns
      - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
      - Ability to work 10-hour shifts, with potential weekend support
      - At-home workstation capable of downloading web-based applications and maintaining internet speed greater than 40mbps
      - Availability to assist during short activation notices depending on the type of event

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service, particularly in emergency response or crisis situations
      - Familiarity with emergency services and resources available for disaster relief
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
