Job Description
- Req#: 365497
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) Annually upon hire.
- 1 year of relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred. Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student is also considered.
- Current or previous EMT, Paramedic, Completion of Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate upon hire.
Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient care outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.
