Our Emergency team is the perfect place for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly and handle the stress of critical situations with ease. Every day is different and thereu2019s never the same case twice! u00A0

      What youu2019ll do: u00A0 u00A0
      • Record and deliver organized rounds, discuss cases and gather additional information as necessary u00A0 u00A0
      • Evaluating incoming patients and prioritizing based on assessment u00A0 u00A0
      • Partner with patient care team regarding treatment plans, client communication and nursing care concerns u00A0 u00A0
      • Provide client education including, but not limited to: home care instructions, medications (indications, adverse reactions) and general wellness updates on hospitalized patients u00A0 u00A0
      • Assist DVM with patient assessment, treatment and procedures u00A0 u00A0
      • Provide monitoring and nursing care to hospitalized patients u00A0 u00A0
      • Induce and monitor general anesthesia and sedation procedures u00A0 u00A0
      • Perform in-house laboratory testing and prepare samples for outside laboratory testing u00A0 u00A0

      • Who you are: u00A0 u00A0 u00A0 u00A0
      • Prior veterinary experience required, previous emergency experience desired u00A0 u00A0
      • Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.) u00A0 u00A0
      • Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary u00A0 u00A0
      • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment u00A0 u00A0
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills u00A0 u00A0
