Emerson’s MBA Leadership Program
Through our MBA Leadership Program, you will learn and grow over an intensive four-year rotational period with diverse experiences designed to develop future Emerson leaders. With two assignments in two locations – you will be immersed in Emerson’s businesses, working directly with senior executives to contribute to our success and build your leadership skills. You can expect a broad range of experiences, along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a multi-billion-dollar international company.

Strategic Planning
Analyzes strategic positions of Emerson peers and competitors, identifies strategic partners and acquisitions, prepares strategy presentations for Emerson executives and the Emerson Board of Directors, and supports leadership in annual strategic planning conferences.
Strategic Supply Chain Operations
Initiate and carry out a range of reoccurring and project-based assignments for Emerson leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer. Lead and contribute to Emerson strategic priorities to drive supply chain and operational modernization through digital transformation, Industrial IoT, etc. Support the strategic planning process through prioritization, communication, implementation, and reporting of various initiatives to Emerson leadership
Information Systems
Defines and executes strategic programs to enhance critical business capabilities through information technology. Assignments span the disciplines of enterprise applications and analytics, global information technology infrastructure and communication services, digital customer engagement, information security, enterprise architecture strategy and governance, technology sourcing, and applied information technology research.
Human Resources
Assist in developing and implementing Emerson’s people strategy, focused on reimagining what it means to be an employee at Emerson. This includes leading and executing projects across a broad range of core HR services. Opportunities embedded within our Centers of Expertise include Culture, Employee Experience, & Employee Communications, Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations, Compliance and Employment Law, and HR Digital Technology.
Marketing
Assists with development and management of marketing strategies, including market research and segmentation, brand management, product management, integrated campaign management and enhancing the digital customer experience. Gain exposure to all parts of the business through connections with internal stakeholders.
Own your Career
After your initial full-time role, we will work together to identify a second role at Emerson that matches your skills, aspirations, and interests with the best opportunities available for your development and advancement. Continued accelerated development focus throughout the second role will best prepare you for what’s next. At the end of the program, use the foundational experiences, expansive network, and mastered competencies to be an effective Senior Leader in the organization.
