- Lead the case triage process for all incoming Human Resources concerns and allegations as the first point of contact upon receipt of a case
- Conduct an immediate intake discussion upon referral to drive a positive employee experience and determine the nature of the concerns
- Refer cases to the most appropriate responsible investigative partner
- Ensure data integrity of ELR Compliance 360 case management database to include proper entry of communications and reports plus monitoring of the database to ensure matters are handled to conclusion
- Collaborate with functional ELR and Human Resources partners to ensure prompt and complete investigations
- Responsible for various metrics and data analysis
- Support initiatives and process improvements to ensure a consistent approach to investigations
- Support enterprise-wide Human Resources initiatives and process improvements to ensure alignment across various stakeholders
- Engage and partner with Global Ethics and Compliance, business attorneys, and Human Resources partners to ensure Employee & Labor Relations processes are properly executed
- Occasional domestic travel as needed
- Typically requires a university degree with 8 years of Labor Relations, Human Resources, or business related experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
- Requires at least 3 years of employee relations investigation experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience conducting employee relations investigations and various case management activities, including partnering & engaging with employees, stakeholders, cross functional partners and documenting case files
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization including executives
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
- Experience ensuring confidentiality is maintained; enabling employees to comfortably surface concerns without fear of retaliation
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor, and compliance requirements
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Compliance 360 or similar case management platform

Our Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) team has an exciting opportunity for an Employee & Labor Relations Case Manager who will be responsible for ensuring prompt engagement of the investigation of employee concerns and the proper identification of the most appropriate investigative partner. Additionally, this position will be an integrated partner with the Raytheon business to proactively engage on various issues, identify trends in employee relations activity, and collaborate on solutions within the organization. This role is ideal for experienced professional who have demonstrated successful leadership in the area of ethics, compliance, Human Resources, legal or other related disciplines, with experience working for defense contractors or the U.S. Government. The successful candidate will support the Human Resources function and report to the Vice President, Employee & Labor Relations.
