      Job Description:

      Prospect Targeting:
      - Partnering with Corporate Banking Client Managers, ECRT, GWIM Financial Advisors, and Financial Wellness Partners to identify and evaluate existing clients for the Program
      - Managing processes for gathering information (eg., Deposit Analytics, Business Case) to obtain necessary internal approvals for targeted clients.
      - Developing and managing pipeline of prospective clients for Client Employee Banking and Investing Program

      Client Engagement:
      - Researching clients and preparing for meetings to present Client and Employee program benefits
      - Developing and managing relationships with GCB/GCIB Client Managers, FAs and other internal partners
      - Serving as Consumer Bank Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Managers and other key partners
      - Presenting program to senior executives of GCB and GCIB clients
      - Coordinating follow up and responding to client questions and requests
      - Managing and negotiating contracts for Corporate Banking and Investing Program; including follow up with internal law partners and Vendor Management as needed
      - Assisting in obtaining governance, risk/compliance and other necessary approvals
      - Coordinating efforts with other key business areas that work with targeted clients (e.g. Deposits, Lending, and Investing for Consumer and Merrill Financial Advisors, Financial Wellness Representatives)

      Program Development & Execution:
      - Oversee program implementation to ensure smooth delivery and manage client issues, as necessary
      - Maintaining various reports to provide status of targeted clients
      - Preparing presentations and reports on client development activities and other key initiatives
      - Maintaining relationships with other key business areas that work with targeted clients and support the Program

      Required Skills:
      • Education: Majors in business, finance or economics preferred. MBA desirable but not required
      • Must have a minimum of 3 years-experience in Business development or Client Development roles
      • Demonstrates ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients
      • Proven track record of prospecting, enhancing relationships and closing successful transactions
      • Professional sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up
      • Solid finance, marketing and controls background
      • Financial modeling experience
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Demonstrated leadership
      • Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating a team of cross enterprise employees to negotiate and onboard new clients

      Desired Skills:
      • Active member/participation in D&I organizations and volunteer activities
      • Public Speaking skills
      • Networking contacts across the enterprise with centers of influence across the consumer bank is desirable
