- Employee Development Spec (Delivery and Facilitation) Salt Lake City
- This position supports fabrication in Salt Lake City and West Jordan, Utah.
- This position is for manufacturing/fabrication instructor with knowledge/experience in all or some of the following: Composite layup (pre/post cure), Composite Fabrication and/or Repair Fabrication of assemblies, System Installation, Production Certifications, Production Systems, and other general shop/fabrication practices at Client Salt Lake City/West Jordan.
- Leads complex group instruction sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Client Production System for internal or external customers.
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyzes and interprets data.
- Provides feedback on assessment results and finds opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
- Works under minimal direction.
- Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Quality Systems
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Shifts: 1st, variable shifts 1st or 2nd, must be available for both
