Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding forms, processes, policies and procedures, and general HR-related questions.
Utilize HRIS to document employee encounters and follow-up.
Guide new hires through the onboarding process and assist with integration into the company culture.
Maintain regular touchpoints with new employees at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure their smooth integration and address any concerns or questions.
Support departing employees through the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and providing guidance on benefits continuation and final paycheck procedures.
Collaborate with management to organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance service delivery, and improve employee satisfaction through feedback collection and proactive initiatives.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase employee engagement and retention, and reduce turnover.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Exhibit customer-centric mindset with a commitment to deliver high-quality service and support.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Maintain trainings as required and requested.
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Driving and travel may be required.

The Employee Engagement Specialist serves as liaison between the HR department and employees, providing personalized assistance and support for various HR-related issues. This role involves ensuring employee satisfaction, encouraging a positive work environment, and maintaining efficient HR operations. This role will also assist with employee engagement activities, fostering a welcoming environment, promoting a positive experience for team members, and creating a positive uplifting atmosphere.What You'll Do:
