      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing programs that enhance employee engagement and cultural alignment across internship and full-time early career roles
      - Support recruitment efforts to attract, select, and hire top talent into early career programs
      - Partner with the team on the creation of refreshed employee onboarding and ramp-up periods for new employees
      - Aid in the creation of early career associate development roadmaps and proactively identify experience risks
      - Coordinate mentorship and career development initiatives for early career employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (may be substituted with relevant experience)
      - Minimum of 1+ years working within recruitment, employee experience, or similar roles
      - Experience in developing workplace culture across distributed job sites
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to support both detailed tasks and big-picture strategies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies
      - Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster healthy stakeholder relationships
      - Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile environment and quickly pivot should priorities change
      - Skilled negotiator with experience in recruiting senior-level hires
