What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct impartial, confidential investigations into employee-reported HR-related concerns
- Draft thorough investigation summaries documenting outcomes in a timely manner
- Analyze data, identify trends, and present results to partners
- Provide employee relations support, guidance, and direction to management
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in Employee Relations, performance management, or investigations
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Security Investigations
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing action plans
- Knowledge of employment and immigration laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in conducting employee focus group sessions
