- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Certification from a recognized HR professional organization
- Experience in a higher education setting
- Proficiency in HRIS and employee management software
