What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers regarding employee relations matters
- Conduct employee relations and labor relations research to identify trends and recommend interventions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, providing insights to other HR professionals
- Facilitate effective record-keeping and uphold data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA
- 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
- 1 year of additional experience in labor relations or HR service center specialties
- 2 years of experience working in a multi-state or healthcare environment
