What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and investigate a diverse range of employee relations cases, including performance issues and workplace conflicts
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, interviewing relevant parties and gathering evidence
- Analyze findings and recommend appropriate courses of action
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations-related matters
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other relevant departments to resolve complex cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related field (internships considered)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
