What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct workforce relations investigations independently and collaborate on complex cases with senior investigators
- Respond to intricate HR policy questions and assist managers with high-risk situations
- Advise on performance management and coach managers on providing feedback and improvement
- Collaborate with People Org Business Partners, General Counsel, and Compliance to resolve HR matters
- Provide feedback to improve HR programs and internal partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience conducting workplace investigations
- 3+ years of experience coaching employees and managers on HR policies and processes
- Knowledgeable about employee relations standard processes and employment laws
- Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with strong analytical skills

- Experience with HR process improvement projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in time-sensitive situations
