What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic partnership to business leaders in the Avionics Business Unit
- Assist with organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies
- Learn about the performance management process
- Assist with HR investigations
- Support HR Business Partner with leader support
- Participate as a project team member on HR strategic projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship required
- Availability for background check and drug screen
