The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints and disputes. Employee Relations Manager will gather relevant facts, interview involved parties, review relevant documentation, and compile detailed reports. They will work closely with the HR Department and management to ensure fair and consistent application of the Company’s policies and to promote a positive and compliant work environment.
